Event Request Form

The Gallery is available for events which are appropriate to the space: cultural events (poetry readings, film/video screenings, performances) academic events (lectures, presentations, meetings) and other events which help promote the College.

The Herndon Gallery exists primarily as a venue for the display of visual art. All other events occur only subsequently to the display of visual art.  Events cannot interfere with the art on display in ANY way-- pedestals may not be moved, pictures cannot be taken down, etc.  Please be sure that your event will not interfere with the exhibit on display.

It is not a suitable space for weddings or other private events, and has a maximum capacity of 100 persons.

If you are interested in holding an event at the Herndon, please read the RULES governing approval of events and use of the space.  This file also contains the Event Request Form.

Rules for Gallery Events and the Events Proposal Form

This form should be submitted electronically to cpalamar@antioch-college.edu (preferred)

or it can be mailed to the Herndon Gallery at Antioch College, 795 Livermore St., Yellow Springs, Ohio 45387 (this will result in a much slower response).
