Birch House Rentals

Several carpeted main-event and breakout rooms in a home-like setting located in the South Glen. Available after March 2008. 

Fee structure

$100 first hour, $65 each subsequent hour. 

Bookings also require a $150 Damage and Key Deposit Fee that is refundable as long as no damage is done to the space and no keys are kept.
