Atrium, Auditorium, and Outdoor Patio Rentals

 

Ideal space for weddings & receptions, meetings, and other large events.  Auditorium includes a stage, p.a. system, screen & projector; seats 140 theatre-style or 60-70 with our rectangular tables. Atrium is typically decorated with art exhibit and will still be open to visitors during daytime hours; includes small kitchenette food prep area.  Outdoor Patio has a small fountain and flat expanse excellent for holding a wedding ceremony.  Spaces are self-serve in that you are responsible for setting up the space the way you'd like it to look, tearing down your event, and bringing any tools you may need.  Ample parking nearby.

Fee Structure

$100 for the first hour of each day, then $25 (Monday—Thursday) or $50 (Friday—Sunday) for each additional hour of the event, rehearsal, set up, and clean up.  We only charge for 12 hours if event preparations exceed 12 hours on same day.  Large extra equipment (ex. tables, pianos) delivered on day(s) before or after your rental incurs $50/day storage fee.

Bookings also require a $150 Damage and Key Deposit Fee that is refundable as long as no damage is done to the space and no keys are kept.
