Research Interests and Background

The majority of my research has been and continues to be focused on the Native Peoples who originally lived in the Great Lakes Region, but through various forced removals now call northeast Oklahoma home. In particular, my research has been with the Miami Nation of Oklahoma.

Beverly has also been an Adjunct and Lecturer Faculty at Columbus State Community College and Ohio State University where she taught sociology and anthropology courses.
